I am quite amazed the server robot knows to squeeze between crowded people without touching anyone. Also after a long wait for someone blocked his way back to the kitchen, I see he increased his speed and rushed back to the kitchen to take other food orders. It is very humanised. Food is so so as it runs as a fast food store, it is unfair to expect premium service as the price is reasonable.

This restaurant is essentially a self-served Japanese fast food place. The food quality is good, not great, but definitely satisfies some Japanese food cravings, especially since they offer a skew of harder to find dishes (we'll see about their ramen though, I suspect it can't be that good). Their prices are great in person, but their delivery prices are way too high.

Very delicious udon and great value for their portions! I always have to get their Niku tama Udon and add the Kakiage (beef udon w/hot spring egg and fried vegetable fritter.) The chicken karaage and korokke are my go-to appetizers as well.

Food was great for the price. Ordered a kids beef udon as well as the chicken katsu set. We were all quite satisfied with the flavors, so we'll as the portions size. Would definitely come back here.

I came to this place few times. I love their beef don. Their sandwiches is amazing full of meat and sprinkles with cheeses. The fried chicken goes well with the dipping sauce. Friendly service, fast food style setting.

Very economic family restaurant. The price for the food are very reasonable for the size of the food. I tried once regular ramen for 9.99, and it’s not too filling for me; and so I had large size on my next visit, it is very filling. Vegetarian ramen was good because the variety of veggies provided for toppings. Soup and ramen is not so bad but cannot compared with big brand ramen shop. But don’t forget this is a family restaurant, so I wouldn’t mind. For the Katsu set, I would recommend to give some dressing for the cabbage; because it is quite dry to eat just plain. Worth to go for quick meal.
